One-time purchases

All purchases are one-time with no recurring deliveries.

Shipping

United States shipping

We ship to United States addresses. Standard shipping is $6.90 for an order containing one item. Orders containing two or more items receive free standard shipping automatically at checkout.

The item count is the quantity in your shopping cart. A single prepacked three-bag product is one item.

Returns

365-day return policy

You may request a return within 365 days of receipt. Contact support@primalqueen.com first to obtain return instructions. Returns sent without prior approval are not accepted.

The most recent order is eligible if purchased within 365 days and the item is returned. Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned. Contact us immediately about damaged, defective or incorrect items.

Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may need additional processing time. Contact us if more than 15 business days have passed since approval.
